Within the technical department, we have an exclusive technical service for room assistance with trained staff in charge of providing support and maintenance of the commercialized equipments.

 

ONLINE TECHNICAL SUPPORT

For this task we have a 24x365 help desk for all SOL 2000® NG users, guiding users on obtaining information issues by means of the system.
